Tbe interview process seemed friendly at first. You will go through a phone interview, a second interview and a final interview. You take about three general personality tests including a couple of grammar exercises when you fill out their official job application. I would say that the process speaks well of the company because they take their time to pick the ideal candidate for the job. However, in my particular case, the whole process just seemed lenghty and uneccesary for the position they wished to fill; the interview process took about a month. I applied for a similar position a former district court judge law firm and I was inmediately hired after one interview five years ago. Anyways, I was quite nervous during my interviews because I hadnt been to a job interview in years, which I see as a positive thing because it shows that I am a stable person and probably did really well at my former place of employement; my former employers even wrote letters of recommendation for me. Long story short, they seemed nice and understanding but still I was not chosen because my "skills did not closely match their current needs", which is not entirely true, but I get it. They just dont want to train people, perhaps they are overwhelmed with work and just dont have the time for that. I think that by eliminating candidates off their list because they are not particularly good at one thing they are missing the opportunity to develop these people in accordance with their culture as opposed to adding someoneto their team who may very well be experienced but may not necessarily be the most passionate about the job. I have to say I was quite excited about being part of what seemed like a cool business environment and a great place to grow professionally. Still, I am disappointed in their interview process, I was expecting a different attitude from a womens business enterprise. I wish them great success and I hope they find what they are looking for.
