The interview process consisted of HR and Accounting managers asking basic questions about experience and abilities. Approximately 1/2 hour to complete. Was not offered a tour, or chance to speak with other employees. Was told that the person running inventory was not capable of the task, and needed supervision. There are no standard interview questions, personality screening, or other standard HR procedures in place.
