Applied on Linkedin, heard back from their recruiter. got scheduled for 3 rounds of interviews. interviewers were nice. took weeks to hear back after each round. after my last round, it took nearly a month to hear back and the recruiter got on a call with me and told me that the initial position was no longer being offered as a full time, but rather per diem . negotiated salary and discussed benefits, was told they'd get back to me with a formal offer. WEEKS GO BY, NO WORD FROM RECRUITER DESPITE ATTEMPTS TO FOLLOW UP. nearly 3 months after that, i got an automated email saying that they were moving on with another candidate lol. Recruiter is a joke

Initial phone interview with recruiter and 2 subsequent interviews with management after. The first one consisted of upper management getting to know you and asking the more typical interview questions. If you got passed that one, the last interview was with the direct line manager and was more describing the role.
