The recruiter, a super nice guy, emailed me a couple of days after I applied to set up a screening call. It went well and he told me he'd let me know in a week "at the latest" if the hiring manager wants to interview me. A week later, he emailed me saying this position is "on hold". Unfortunately, I'm seeing this A LOT lately - the position goes "on hold" (which I call bs), a posting get reposted every few months or the employer simply ghosting me. SMH.
