The process started with a screen interview to determine if right for the position. Once this is done and passed the phone interview is done to narrow done candidates for position. The skill assessment is then done to determine if the in person interview can begin.
Interview was great, I had all of my questions answered. It was pretty basic they asked the usual stuff. It was over the phone so not too nerve wracking. Lets see if they call back for an offer
