Basic Interview as a Clinical Therapist doing solution focused treatment. Pay sounded decent along with benefits and bonus. Client's would need to be back to back, however. Seemed like there was room to grow in terms of doing other Clinical work within the company.

Easy standard interview questions. Questions related to your strengths and weaknesses, Tell me about yourself. Interview ranges from 30 mins to 1 hour including asking interviewer questions. Overall it was a good experience.

Very straightforward. Offer a vignette that you can ready before the interview and prepare for. Had one person interview me which was nice and made me feel comfortable. Overall had a good experience and didn’t feel interrogated like other jobs do to therapist.
