I applied in October and got call in for an interview in November, they asked me basic behavioural interview questions and a few technical questions and called me in for a second interview with the director and they told me 2 days before Christmas that I didn’t get the job and the recruiter will go completely quiet and I’d had to reach out atleast twice or three times so she responds . The worst recruitment process of about 3 months and for me to get a rejection.
