Easy and nice people. Simple usual questions, knew by end of interview if I would be hired. I was brought on as bilingual and interview was done in both languages to see if I could keep up. It was all just normal conversational. Submitted drug test soon after and everything was seamless and easy.

Supervisor asked really great questions related to the job. They asked scenarios of how we would handle Irate customers. The interview was the easy process. Waiting for background to go through took a while. I believe it took about 2months with screening, interviewing and background check to actually start the job.
