Entrevista
Interviewed on Teams with hiring manager and two fellow senior consultants. Questions were fairly easy. There was one or two behavioral type questions but nothing too difficult. The rest was technical knowledge and experience.
Varies by each group, but be prepared for industry specific case study, and skills assessment for non industry hires. Generally speaking, questions are all experiential outside of the case portion.

Entrevista
They were so desperate that they scheduled 3 interviews in 1 day. 1 hour each. All 3 interviews DID NOT consist of any technical questions for my skillset. No situational questions in regards to my current position.
First two interviews were really casual.
During the 3rd interview, the interviewer came up with a trick math question for me to solve which was nowhere related to my skills or the job I'll be performing but according to her she wanted to judge my "analytical" skills. I understand why the trick math question but it's so strange for them to ask me this when they have asked NO technical questions related to my job or skillset.
The 3rd interviewer then passively mentioned that working 60 hours or so is pretty common and wanted me to agree with her. Then she explained me the appraisal process and it is calculated in a way that if I take any PTOs throughout the year, my score would automatically come down and wouldn't be "ideal" enough to get good appraisal. Her words not mine. I clarified this twice.
After this, the interviewer mentioned that they do encourage employees to take PTOs. That was so contradictory to her own words. Anyway, the interviewer then again, did not ask me any questions about my skillsets or pertaining to my job and ended the interview sort of abruptly.
Even if I say yes to working 60 hours or so, the salary what they were offering would be less than $40/hour regardless of them offering me 6 figures.
Obviously, I get an email couple days later that they are looking for someone else.
