Before the interview, they had me do a coding test, in which I had to solve 3 coding problems. During the interview, they asked me about said test. Overall, the interview and the lead up to the interview were both very nice but the interviewer seemed very confused as to what the next step of the process would be and there was poor communication afterwards. I ended up not getting any real solid answers as to what was going on, only receiving vague emails alleging that I would soon get a response. Only after 4 weeks of being strung along did I get a response. A simple 2 line email saying I did not get the job
