Engaged with 3 separate colleagues from talent acquisition/recruiting for screening and interview scheduling. None had any awareness of position citing lots of changes at org/busy activity. Screening interview was 30 minutes late as their previous meeting ran over. One rescheduled next interview without notifying me of change. Zero follow up after interview. Actual interview was fairly standard though a lot more talking from the interviewer's end. I realized it wasn't the right fit.

I went through 6 rounds of video interviews over 3 weeks. The process was fairly streamline, and the conversations went quite well but they ended up offering it to an internal candidate. It felt like they knew this was their plan all along and they were stringing me along to check a box. Not unusual unfortunately, but disappointing nonetheless.

Pretty standard, interview with HR screener then hiring manager and selected team members and stakeholders. Each person took a different approach, some behavioral questions. They also gave a background about their role.
