An Optomi recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, asking if I was interested in talking about a role she was trying to fill. After I expressed interest, we settled on a time to chat. The interview time came and went with no phone call from the recruiter, and after following up to ask if she needed to reschedule, there was no answer. I've been ghosted during the later stages of the interview process before, but to be ghosted after it was the recruiter who reached out to me - and on the first phone call - is a new low. Very unprofessional on the recruiter's part.
