The Interview Process was very smooth. I initially spoke with the hiring manager and was asked basic questions about my past experience. The second step was a Written Assesment. My second interview was scheduled with the Content Head. We discussed the job profile, my strengths and my weakness. The head even guided me on the areas I can work on and how to improve them.
