I did the online assessment. It was very hard. There were a lot of design questions and questions about classes. There was also a mini quiz, which was very hard because they tested you on computer architecture and processes.

There were questions that were basically games that tested your knowledge and speed.
First stage test on computer: 3 coding questions, 30 rapid probability, 30 next number in pattern, then some strange flash game like things like testing reaction speed. Did not get offer.

Entrevista
Standard OA (very long) followed by small behavioural. Then cognitive which assesses betting sizes and arbitrage and exploitability of bad bets. Next phases include more general pt questions focusing on EV
First stage is behavioural, then 2 technical ones, then the final interview is mixed. They will give you some information on options to read, it is worth learning even more on it, and practicing market making games.
