The first round is OA consisting 4 parts: number logic, probability, zap-n and coding. The second round is a trader game consisting three independent games: card draw, coin toss and dice roll

First two rounds consisted of playing typical EV games with some capital (dice questions, cards, market making). Followed by take home assignment involving data science/ML. Then meet with researchers at optiver to discuss work.

Given 3 minutes, what would you buy here and how much would you allocate?
Friendly interviewer, intense online assessment. Online assessment covered probability questions on mostly expected values, and stochastic probability. There is a finite deadline to complete it. This is then continued with a behavioural interview if you pass, that can be booked online.
