Did the online assessment which consisted of mental maths, probabilities, reaction time games, and a personality test. After passing that, an online behavioural interview was set up. The interview was brief and the interviewer was friendly!

2. hr interview: 15 min behavioral over phone. very short and brief

Chill behavioural, barely 15 mins long. Normal STAR qns, and some questions about resume. Also some talking about current position, why trading, why Optiver, things like that. I need to write 30 words so I guess I’ll also say make sure to have a HD WAM.
