Entrevista
1. First step was an HR phone screen interview. Asked general questions relating to my most recent experience. Friendly and reasonable questions. 2. Next step was an online IQ test. I found this unusually challenging, strangely enough. Not sure if it was because I hadn't slept enough the few days before that (having a toddler). I think this is an idiotic method of measuring programming ability anyway though, since IQ is deeply flawed, Richard Feynman's IQ was only 125, yet he won the Nobel Prize in Physics and I don't think anyone in their right mind would've disputed his genious. I guess filtering people out this way will prevent really stupid people from joining your company, but you're certain to miss a few Einstein's or Feynman's along the way.

Requirement gathering process from my most recent employer.
The aptitude test is apparently very similar to the Programmer aptitude test on brainbench. If you really want to work for Optiver, you could buy the test and practice. I didn't think it was worth the money as I have other employment options.
A bit anxiety inducing, there were two developers observing and asking questions. Real-time problem solving required, conducted on Hacker Rank virtually, video and mic enabled - quite nervewracking to say the least
I had one round, which was an online HackerRank test. I wasn’t able to pass all the test cases, and as a result, I did not progress to the next stage of the process.
A lot of interviews. Started off with a call, then some online tests. Then a technical interview. Then a live coding interview along with a architecture interview. Last step would have been final day interview but I did not get that far.
