Several hours of online testing which felt pretty similar to an IQ test, examining mental math and even reflexes, followed by 3 rounds of technical interviews with traders and a phone screen wedged in there, and then a final interview with someone higher up.

There were several trading games and seeing how one approaches problems of trading of risk and expected value, as well as testing if one could spot arbitrage opportunities.
Initial round of Optiver tests involving mini games, sequences and probability questions, followed by HR behavioral interview where I was asked about my motivations for joining the firm, reasoning for the role (i.e. trading vs research) and past problem-solving experiences.

Entrevista
The interview is a five-step procedure. The first one is an online assessment including mental math, neuro-assessment games, numerical reasoning, probability, and personality questionnaires. The second one is a behavioural interview. The third and fourth are technical interviews. and the final one is a behavioral interview. All are virtual.
