They sent an online assessment (almost) automatically to everyone. Got an OA link minutes after submitting my resume. Their OA takes 3 hr in total, and has multiple sessions. But you can take a break or do a different part the next day. I assume they do the true resume screening after the OA. One week after OA, I got rejected.

You will receive three coding questions. Based on my experience, it's very likely to be the same question as the previous year. You may google something like Order Book Matching Simulation.
Coding is not the hardest part. IMO, their math question is more challenging. You only have about 90 seconds for each probability question (multiple-choice question). Calculating the exact value is impossible for many of these due to the time constraint; you need to find a good way to approximate it.
First there was a long OA of about 3hours. Then, there was a zoom interview on the card betting game with the recruiter. I didn't make it to the next round.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
first round of math probability
2nd of betting. the platform was bit hard to use. Recommend to get some training if you can find the resources. both interviewers were nice
