Been there for a walk in for php developer post. We were made to sit in the vestibule and Hr came down and started to tell us about their projects, about their company and finally came to the point he asked us to sign a contract for two year and the story doesnt end there, he said we need to surrender all our original certificates and the story still continues we need to give him a security cheque for 1 LAKH bucks. There was no corporate feel in the ambiance. Go there if you are ready to accept all the above conditions else dont waste your time. You will be processed further only after you accept those conditions. We tired to convince him but he said there there is no other option other than to leave. With in no time the entire people in the vestibule were at the bus stop.

It's waste of time attending for interview.I had been interviewed for 5 rounds from morning 10am -6pm.After the process I did not get any update. When I called after 2 days they told no vacancies only for that post.
