They have you take a reasonably long personality assessment during application. If your resume looks fine and the results of the assessment are favorable then they do a phone screening interview to explain the position a little better. After a successful phone interview you have a final interview with the Sales Supervisor or Team Lead for the area.

Bait and switch from local recruiter. Your promised a bonus for three months but if you miss anything even by just one you DO NOT get paid. Because of the high turn over the interview is generic. Let's be honest it's cable sales???
