Thorough. Very well done in my opinion. First, the phone screening was highly technical and deep. Then, the interview was a 5 hour process that included a nice lunch with the team. I was asked to work through a sorting algorithm on the whiteboard. I chose merge sort. Me and the hiring manager/CTO had a great discussion about how merge sort works, why it is effective, etc. This was the largest single exercise in the interview. I was also asked to write som queries against a SQL database to answer certain questions they asked me (ensuring I could join tables, group by and aggregate, etc.). They are looking for very strong developers. The interview process is demanding and technical. If you're truly what they're looking for, I think you will enjoy the process -- but know up front you will need to "bring it."

Three hours long. Focused on technical aspects. Talked a great deal about new technologies but once I started working at the company did not find any of that stuff, just very very old stuff.
