Written included an aptitude test and about a 30 minute in person interview if you clear the aptitude test. This was done at the office location and they will let you know the results of the test immediately and schedule for an interview.

it was a nice experience and the questions were straight forward...you have to prepare well and you will be fine...just get more information about the calls you will be dealing with..and know the call center jobs can mess with your head
