During the interview, I met with the Principal, Assistant Principal, and Lead Special Education Specialist. They asked me about my teaching experience, writing IEPs, and the IEP meeting process. They wanted to know how I am as a team member and how I like to work with my students. It was a very comfortable and smooth interview.
