I went through recruiter. First screening round by recruiter from NYC, then f2f rounds at blr. It would be good till now because you haven't seen their Sr people. Boy, all those employee reviews are indeed correct about Sr managers.! They are untidy, their cabin smells, their handshake is forced and less than girlish, smiles are made up and you can tell straightaway they have no clue technically, no clue businesswise. Absolutely blank.! HR is no good either. No updates ever.!! Unless you are driven in corner it is waste of time. With this kind of Sr managers they cannot succeed technically or even in market, not to mention that it will give rise to hot and cold spots in team and resulting stresses.! Job position is grey area. They might ask if you are interested in higher position. And indeed they need to hire someone good at higher position or else close offshore office. Or shift it to hyderabad as existing employee reviews tell.
