I had a first round interview that was originally supposed to be a 15 minute phone screen. I got on the call and was told that the interview would be more in depth and ended up lasting 30+ minutes. I was told an update would be provided that week, either way. Never received any follow-up from them. I find all of this to be unprofessional.

Apply online, receive email, setup a call, wait to receive feedback about outcome of interview. This job has been posted online for 3 months already, and they rejected me immediately after following up post interview with a question about their company benefits. As a highly capable and qualified person willing to do this job, it seems they were unserious about filling the position.
