It was an easy enough process with submission and two interviews, however, there seemed to be very little infrastructural support in Latin America. There was no salary on the posting and during the actual interview the amount that was said was insultingly low compared to similar roles in the region. When I asked about potential growth and explained how competitors had offered higher amounts the person I was speaking to got very defensive.
