Received a phone call from the receptionist. Had a phone interview with the executive director. Then an in person interview with several staff. After a week, I was offered the position. It was a relatively simple interview. However, it was slightly misleading. I interviewed for an advisor position. I was asked if I was willing to teach. I replied yes. So they offered me a teaching position with a part-time advising role instead.
