I recently participated in an interview process that was, frankly, very disappointing. I received an email in the morning, on the same day as the test, for a junior position. With little time to prepare, I arrived at the company's headquarters, only to find myself among approximately 150 other candidates. We practically filled an entire floor of their office.
The test was on paper, and the questions were extremely varied, far exceeding the expectations for a junior position that did not require prior experience. This approach seemed completely inappropriate and disrespectful to the candidates.
The poor organization and lack of consideration for our time and effort left a profoundly negative impression. For this reason, I decided not to continue with the recruitment process, as I felt that this lack of respect towards candidates likely reflects how employees are treated within the company.

3 rounds of technical interview focused on data structure, system design, knowledge on technical stuffs as in Java, Spring Boot, Docker etc, and 1 manager mainly focused on how you will handle pressure and tackle production issues.
I Had a great interview experience! The interviewer was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and asked insightful questions. The conversation flowed naturally, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout the entire session.
