I had a generally positive experience throughout the initial stages of the interview process, where I successfully cleared the first two rounds and was invited for a face-to-face interview with the senior leadership team. The interview itself went smoothly, and I felt that there was a productive and insightful exchange during the discussion.
However, after the interview, I was left disappointed by the lack of communication from the HR team. Despite following up multiple times via calls and messages, I did not receive any responses. It was frustrating and unprofessional to be left in the dark, especially after having gone through the effort to prepare and attend the final round.
I understand that companies may have internal processes or delays, but it's important to maintain clear and respectful communication with candidates. The lack of response after the interview reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism, and it left me with a negative impression overall.
I hope that the HR team takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication with candidates in the future.
