Multiple interviews. 1st with hr, 1/2 hour. Second interview with Laczy who is the head of the csm department. Took 5 days to respond after i responded to her for second interview times and dates. Excuse, "time got away from her." 3rd round of interview consisted of panel of 4 people asking multiple questions on STAR based situations. Last interview rushed with vp of sales named Andrew with questions like "if you were drunk on a Sunday and woke up on Monday, how do you motivate yourself for work?" What??? I HAVE OVER 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH MUCH LARGER FORTUNE 500 COMPANY. In the end I did not get job nor did i even get a call back to let me know that. Very unprofessional group of people that need to get their act together. No wonder sales dropped for them in 2024. Not worth the hours and weeks of effort interviewing with them.
