Pros: individuals under the leadership level were great but mentioned multiple times during interview process that retention was a problem. Cons:Leadership seemed tone deaf and lacked understanding on what’s going on in the job market right now. Lengthy process with lots of tasks for them to quietly remove the role without notifying you of the outcome after the process ended. I do not recommend spending time on this one. Exec team is also lacking diversity.
