A recruiter reached out to me for the application. After chatting with with them, he informed me that he would be submitting my resume to OpenDNS. It was well structured and organized throughout the two interview phases. The first was a phone screening with their design lead and the second was a project review via video conference with the design manager and a senior designer. I felt quite informed throughout whole process and there was nothing surprising during our conversations. However, after completing the project review, communication with the team suddenly stopped. I was told that they would review notes with their team and that they would be in touch. It's fine if they went with another candidate, but it's quite a negative experience to be left in the dark with no response, whatsoever.
