There were three interviews before offer. First two were over zoom. First with hiring team representative. Second with one member of future team. Third in person with team members. This might be different now due to the pandemic.

I applied online, and was contacted for an initial interview 1+ month later. The interview was 35m long, and I spoke with the supervisor and an HR rep. Overall, the questions were straightforward, but there were some minor things that I found a bit unprofessional: After we confirmed a time, they had me reschedule. Additionally, the HR rep gave me the wrong salary range in the interview and emailed me a few days later to tell me that the range was 10-20K lower than what we had originally discussed. I thought the interview went well, and was surprised I did not receive an offer.
