I applied online in August and got contacted by a recruiter in mid-September. I had an initial phone screening, then a short interview with a more senior recruiter. I waited about a week til I got invited for a group interview. It was kind of weird being in a room with three other people since I was being hired for a pretty specialized role. We all met with one of the HR assistants and then had a session with the vice president who went in a roundtable style of asking each of us some general questions. We never got a tour of the Headquarters or offices, which was a red flag.
