Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Interview was broken down to three parts, first with a recruiter and was for the most part informative about the company and position. Second was with the VP which went into more details about the position. Third part was a test and to be honest caught be off guard a bit.

The first round of interviews was a phone interview. They then invited me to an in-person interview which was a group interview with other candidates followed by an individual interview.
