called me after I applied online. set up an interview for the next day. did warn me a sub company lofty loft would be the company that sends me the confirmation email.... After looking it over and doing some research; I think I will decline to continue the interview process.

got a call from the company, asked for interview asap. I went to the office(in an old building located in North York). the interview was quite fast and very easy. the interviewer was friendly, she asked some questions and told me what the training processes will be. asked me to wait for the result (approx a week). but after seeing all those negative comments about this company, i gave up this job.

Entrevista
Extremely quick and vague first interview; quite possibly misleading. They did not discuss any details of the customer service job I applied for, nor did they ask me why I applied to that job specifically. Super open-ended questions for about 5-10 minutes, and I don't believe my interviewer even once used the phrase "customer service." They then invite you to a second interview the next day, which will last 7-8 hours. It is at this time that they will attempt to lasso you into door-to-door sales, regardless of whatever position you applied for originally.
