I got an email inviting me to chat with HR two days after applying for the job online. I talked with HR over the phone that same day. The call was very relaxed. I got the opportunity to learn more about OneWeb and they got the opportunity to learn more about me. At the end of the call, we set-up a time two days down the road to do a technical interview. The technical interview was also very relaxed. I described the satellite mission I currently work on and answered a few questions about orbits, teamwork, and what I do in my free time. Two weeks later I got a call from HR to set-up an in-person interview. They flew me out to DC a week after that. They booked my flight and offered to get me a hotel room, but I preferred to fly in and out on the same day. They also offered to reimburse any personal expenses I accumulated during the trip. The interview lasted from 10am until 1:30pm. I met with seven people (two of them over the phone). The office atmosphere was casual. They asked me a few technical questions, but most of the time was spent learning about the OneWeb and each other's experience and interests. I made sure to be very honest about my experience and my strengths and weaknesses, and I emphasized that I was open to taking any position where they felt I would be a proper fit. HR called me three days later to let me know that they were going to make an offer. I received the official offer three days after that. The offer was extremely fair, but I had to decline it for familial reasons. The entire process was straightforward and painless. Everybody I met was friendly. The company runs with the speed and creativity of a start-up, with the pockets of a well-established company, and without the red-tape of corporate America. If you have the chance to interview with them, make sure to appreciate these aspects. Also appreciate that you have the opportunity to get-in on the ground floor of something potentially great and to work with awesome people all-the-while.

Four 45 minute interviews. 1 technical and 3 mostly behavioral w/ STAR based questions Interview went really well and was pretty average. Was told I'd have a quick response whether I got the job or not within 2 weeks after the interview. Never heard from them again.
