It started with a phone interview where they asked about previous job experience. The second interview was then a group interview with two of the hiring managers. We were asked to talk about our selves and to read a passage from a book and give our interpretation of it. The group interview lasted about an hour and most of it consisted of the managers talking about the company.

Good. Went well, quick one step process. Hiring manager was friendly. Got a chance to view the building and see some meetings in progress. Was able to get me resume sent up to management for supervisor position.
