I applied for customer service representative positions and received a call from a recruiter the next business day. After speaking with her for about 30 minutes about my schedule preferences, the number of hours I'd like to work and my background she scheduled me for a second interview the next day. I was made an offer that day

It was very easy. Talked with a recruiter then we set up a video interview. Was offered a job on the spot after a video interview. They require you bring your own equipment and the training was easy for the contract I am in

They are pretty particular about computer specs. The recruiters were kind & seemed helpful. Overall, be sure your computer is in tiptop condition before doing the second interview, and prepare for slightly confusing questions.
