Run through Skype. Interview went well. They obviously liked what I had to say as they hired me. Unfortunately I was not hired for the job I interviewed for. I did accept the phone support position but even after passing the training with high scores, I was unable to handle the call side of the job due to the many tools that we had to use for simple tasks.
