Went very well and smooth. I did expect an offer but, I missed it. It was an video interview. Just basics in Full stack development. Mostly focused on Reactjs, C#, Software product Methodology(Agile) and 1 or 2 behavioral questions like Situational based.

Started with a phone interview with an HR person. After that had a technical interview on Teams with a development manager. Someone reached out to setup another interview, but I missed the initial call, and it took 2 weeks of calling to get somebody to answer. Did eventually get an in person interview setup. Was a very comfortable interview and I really enjoyed it. They said they would be sending me an offer early the next week. After not receiving an email the next week I reached out and they said they are still interviewing and will get back to me. Have not heard from them for 3 weeks since. Seems very unorganized and messy right now, with promises being made that aren't being fulfilled. And that just the interviewing side. Has me wary of other internal processes there.
