We had the interview over the phone. The interview was with the CEO and it was around 20 minutes. It was a pretty laid back interview where he asked be about my past work experience and the projects I was working on. The questions he asked reflected how he wanted to bring someone on that was not only experienced enough to carry out the responsibilities of the job, but was also committed to social good and the work the nonprofit was doing.
