I had two interviews for this company and ended up receiving a great offer. I was very pleased with the process overall for my interviews. I interviewed with two different branch managers and they both were to the point and asked questions about my previous banking backgrounds. My offer was more than expected for my hourly base plus commissions.

The recruiter wasn't sure of the position I applied for. They also said they would schedule an upcoming interview and opted to ghost me instead which I found unfortunate. Overall, the interview went very smoothly I believed, so I was confused about the ghosting, it's been almost a week yet no email or anything regarding a follow-up interview.
