Meet with the CCO several times and the CEO, possibly other team members. The sales leadership is toxic based on how the process went. In my 20 years doing this I have never had someone waste my time like that. Do not trust Melinda the CCO and do not waste your own time.

I was approached by a recruiting agency who didn't know the process. The recruiter communicated that they placed a dozen people at One Imaging but the process was unreliable and changes and I would have to be ok not receiving feedback. I spoke with the CCO who was rude and condescending. She self described as being a great team of women. The other VP was friendlier but also had an ego. They are a clicky mean girls club and act like a petty sorority professionally. The whole interaction was uncomfortable and I did never receive feedback. UPDATE: I found out 2+ months later that she contacted my CURRENT BOSS for feedback on me. Do not trust her. This is her mo.
