Starting with an introduction interview, casually speaking with the HR, getting informed more about what is expected of you in the job, and also getting to know the HR and the company as a whole. Then having another interview where questions are more practical based and how you will react in different situations. Then writing a psychiatric test for the final interview stage.

10/10 ! I have had a handful of interviews prior to my interview at OneDayOnly. They all went fairly well (receiving 2 offers) but the companies and interview processes were not pleasant. You always felt unwanted or disposable. During the OneDayOnly interview process I met with a recruiter and a member of the team. Where we had a lengthy but amazing discussion about the company, goals, life and myself (obviously). The companies values were shown by the two people hosting the interview. They made me feel wanted and valued more than any other company. After the interview the communication was quick and pleasant and after a couple of rounds and quizzes I was offered the job. Nothing but green flags and massive smiles when doing an interview with this amazing company and team !
