There were no specific questions just a general chat that seemed unfocused. My takeaway was that there wasn't actually a job and the interviewers were trying to use me to obtain information.
I was left with the impression that this company really is the toxic hell that employees describe in their reviews.
I received no feedback and was ghosted by the internal recruiter despite my contacting him for an outcome.

Robert Lanigan was fantastic from start to finish, such a genuinely kind person who answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. What a brilliant company!
Sam Woods and Yeng Be Taylor were also wonderful; they made me feel completely at ease during my interview and asked thoughtful, engaging questions.
The only reason I didn't proceed was because I had two offers to consider, and it truly wasn't an easy decision by any means. I have so much respect for One Advanced and their people, the company's values really shine through and this is so lovely to see.
I really hope to have the opportunity to work with them in the future!

One of the questions I was asked was to talk through a challenging project l'd worked on - specifically focusing on my role, how I approached the challenges, and what lessons I learned from the experience. I really enjoyed this question as it allowed me to reflect on my problem-solving approach, collaboration with others, and how I've grown professionally from overcoming difficulties.

2 stage interview process involving potential future manager and head of department. 2nd stage involved slightly more employee's however some of the original attendee's involved. All very friendly and welcoming throughout the entire process.
