After applying online, I was made to complete an online assessment and then had to undertake two more stages of the application process. The second being a group activity online through Microsoft Teams and the third being several group activities with a role play.

First an online test then a phone call with the recruiter to set up a group interview. The online test was split into two, a cognitive assessment and a personality questionnaire. They gave 15 minutes for the cognitive assessment which consisted of 50 questions. I think it's impossible to answer them all within 15 minutes though. It was mostly math/English/logic related questions

They gave math problems that you had to analyse then answer from multiple choice or input an answer.

Applied online, followed by an email from advanced, the email will have links to two online tests/survey. One is a survey on your behaviour, second is an IQ test mixed with numerical and language skills. (Very simple, straightforward questions) Once you’ve done the online test, a quick phone call asking you some personal backgrounds and invite you to the assessment centre. So far no technical questions.
On the assessment centre day, you will meet other candidates, 2 managers + 1 HR. Start the day with more detailed information about the company, followed by a few group activities with other candidates which are easy and relaxing.
Then a role-play scenario where you will act as the job role and the manager will act as the customer. You have to solve problem that is likely to happen in real working situations during the role play test. i.e make a phone call to customer and reply email. Where the manager will act as the customer and test how you handle the situation.
Lastly you have to do the online test again at the end. Basically no technical questions involved, a relax day.
They will not tell you if you have failed. Basically there will be no further contact from them if you have failed.
Possible 1:1 interview after all of the activities on the assessment day, if 1:1 interview did not happen for you during the day, likely rejected.
