The interview process was very easy. However, it was NOT for the position I applied for. I believe there is only one position available, no matter what the job title you think you're applying for is.
That position is a management training program where you go to different Walmart locations to sell internet service. You make commission off of that. They do promise moving up quickly where you will soon be managing a team, but that is not what I applied for. The people at the company are nice and welcoming but don't be fooled by the title of the position you think you're applying for! I don't understand completely lying like that and I'm not sure their success rate in on-boarding when someone is usually coming in to interview for an entirely different position that they are actually interested in then **bamboozled** into a commission based outside sales job.
