- Competitive Product Analysis: Comparison of major competitors’ products, pricing, channels, and marketing strategies, along with an assessment of the company’s strengths and weaknesses.
- Strategic Recommendations: Concrete proposals such as improving existing products, developing new products, or introducing external products, with rationale and expected impact.
Q&A will be given during the session.
The final stage will be an Excel practical test to evaluate data organisation and analytical capabilities.
